Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The young and sterling actress, Miss Louise Hawthorne, in the grand and beautiful picture of life in New York and California, "4 Christmas Nights". The management has much satisfaction in announcing an engagement with the eminent and sterling comedian Mr. John E. Owens, who will make his first appearance at this establishment on Monday evening, November 17 and every evening until further notice and Saturday matinee, in two of his great specialty characters, in the well-known dramas of "Solon Shingle" and "The Victims", as originally produced at Geo. Wood's Broadway Theatre, and performed upwards of 250 consecutive nights. Notice - as Mr. John E. Owens invariably travels and only appears with his own dramatic combination, the management therefore respectfully announces that during the engagement as above, the regular Woods Museum Dramatic Company will appear at the Jersey City Theatre, on Montgomery Street in Jersey City, in connection with the auxiliary aid of many of our first class stars, when a number of the celebrated sensational dramas of the present day will be presented.
