Description Sugar bowl with oval body on stepped oval foot, die-rolled bands of ornament, cover domed with cast basket of flowers finial, hollow cast S-scroll handles. Inscription: Engraved on body: [stag's head (Pyne crest)]. Engraved in script on the inside of the cover: Smith Pyne / Emma Frances Rogers / May 23, 1825. Mark: Struck on underside, in two sizes of capital letters within rectangle: G Eoff.
