Description Raised hemispherical lobate-bowl form with six panels decorated with chased scrolls and dots, on cast circular footring with flanged lower edge, bowl base chased with six-lobed flower within circle, two cast vertical caryatid-figure handles, lower ends forked with outside sections terminating in small scrolls, and rows of large beads or flowerheads on sides. Inscription: Engraved with block-cap initials near rim of center panel: R/HC. On base, engraved with scratch weight: 26 oz. Mark: Struck to right of one handle (rubbed) in rectangle: S [pellet] S.
