Description Mr. John Mitchel, the Irish patriot, will visit the theater this evening. Mr. Collins, the celebrated Irish comedian and vocalist, in two of his most popular dramas. Seats may be secured three days in advance, during the engagement of this distinguished artist. Boxes and parquet, 50 cents. Family and upper circles, 25 cents. Private boxes, $5.00 and $6.00. A portion of the third circle has been appropriated for the accommodation of respectable colored persons, admission, 25 cents. A pas seul by Miss Adelaide Price. After which, the comic drama in one act, of "How to Pay the Rent". To conclude with a new petite comedy in one act, entitled "The Two Buzzards; or, Benjamin, my father, 5 feet 7". Friday, Mr. Collins will appear in the new comedy of "The Fortune Hunters". Saturday, benefit of Mr. Collins, and his last appearance. The great dramatic spectacle of "The Cataract of the Ganges" will be produced during the holidays, with unexampled splendor and at a cost of many thousand dollars. The scenery is painted on upwards of 10,000 feet of canvas. The magnificent stud of horses, belonging to Messrs. Sands & Co., is engaged, and no expense will be spared in presenting to the public this famous drama. Wanted 100 supernumeraries, apply to Mr. Wright at the stage door, between 12 and 1 o'clock. No money taken at the doors. Tickets to be obtained at the box office.
