Description Mr. Stuart has the pleasure of announcing that, owing to the generous zeal and untiring devotion of Mr. Edwin Booth, a performance will be given at this theater (Mr. J. S. Clarke having kindly ceded that evening for the occasion), for the benefit of the fund to raise a statue to Shakespeare in the Central Park, being the second benefit for that object at this theater. The orchestra, under the direction of Mr. Robert Stoepel, will perform: overture, "Beatrice"; selections from "La Juive"; "Struensee"; grand march from "Lohengrin"; and "Dinorah". Saturday, November 26, opening night of the engagement of Edwin Booth, who will make his first regular appearance this season in the play of "Hamlet".
