Description Park Row. ca. 1875. Looking northeast from City Hall Park. On the extreme left is a part of City Hall. Behind the Hall of Records is seen the Staats Zeitung Building, in the triangle bounded by Chambers and Centre Streets and Park Row. The building on the northeast corner of Frankfort Street and Park Row (later the site of the Pulitzer or World Building) is French's Hotel. The Sun Building is seen on the southeast corner. Next comes the Tribune Building on the northeast corner of Nassau and Spruce Street. On the right is the first Times Building at Park Row, Nassau and Spruce Streets. | J.
